Training Center Scheduler

 

Technical Environment:

 

All the programs and functional areas of Training Schedule Manager were written using Microsoft Development Tools including Visual Basic and Access.  Therefore effective usage of the system requires Microsoft Office including Outlook and Access.  This open architecture allows the user the flexibility of adding their own reports to the system as well as interfacing the system to other Microsoft compatible software for such tasks as mail / merge, label printing, billing and accounting.

 

The following are the software requirements for successfully running the system:

·      Microsoft Windows 98, NT, 2000 or XP. 

·      Microsoft Access and Microsoft Outlook 2000 or higher (Microsoft Office recommended)

·      Symantec PCAnywhere (for support purposes)

 

Computer requirements:

 

·        Intel Pentium III 500 MHz. or higher

·        Video memory of 4mb or higher

·        50 to 150 mb of free disk space (depending on file sizes)

·        17” or larger monitor capable of 1024 by 768 or higher resolution

·        Internet connection (modem or LAN connection)

·        If multiple users will be concurrently active: Network Interface Card, LAN hub and wiring
