Welcome to Training Center Scheduler (TCS), a software package for managing and controlling the time, asset usage and customer information of Sports and Educational training facilities.  TCS was developed to integrate the functions of facility management, payroll / personnel systems and contact management into one system. 

 

In addition to managing the assets and personnel of training centers the TCS software also maintains a complete information database about all the facilities customers: both players, students and coaches.  Included in this database is all the demographic information about each client as well as a complete history of sales and usage.  This history contains all the detail about a customers participation in camps, leagues, and private lessons. 

 

The software package provides the following functions:

 

·        Scheduling of all facility events including Lessons, Rentals, Camps, Leagues and Meetings

·        Preventing overbooking of all facility assets

·        Prevents overbooking of instructors

·        Maintains complete databases of all Players and Coaches

·        Maintains complete history of all customer and coach purchases

·        Automatically tracks and approves usage of facility through package sales and memberships

·        Assists in calculating Instructor payrolls, Rental fees and Lesson fees
