Instructor Maintenance

The Instructor Maintenance Screen has all the data about instructors.  The demographic and control data fields are displayed under the first tab of the folder object. 

 

The controls fields have the following definitions:

Active:              Is this instructor currently being scheduled on a daily basis.  If so the instructor will always be displayed on the Main Menu

Display Order: This will sequence the instructors on the Main Menu from left to right.  Therefore you can get your busiest instructors to the left and make them more accessible.

Stop Scheduling:  This will prevent the instructor from being listed when scheduling lessons, camps, leagues, or rentals.  Instructors cannot be deleted because the Instructor records are required for Lesson history.

 

 

The second tab allows entry of the instructors default work schedule.  The default work schedule will be used to determine when an instructor is available for scheduling.
