Customer Maintenance:

 

This screen maintains all of the demographic data about a customer and all the customer history. 

 

Player information contains all the geographic and contact information.

 

Profile contains all the player description data.

Lesson / Rental Log

The Lesson / Rental logs are complete lists of all the lessons and rentals a customer has scheduled. 

 

 

Camp Leagues Log

The Camp log is a complete list of all the Camps a customer has scheduled. 

 

 

 

Packages/Tokens

Use the Packages/Tokens tab when selling the customer packages for tokens or lessons. 

 

 

 

 

Membership

Use the Membership tab when selling the customer memberships.  Add new entries on the line marked with an asterisk.

 

 

 

 

 

Memberships will be active from the paid date forward.  Paid date will automatically be set to the current day.  Expiration date will be calculated by the system based on the number of months entered by the system administrator when defining the membership.  Fee will also default to the amount entered on the membership definition.  You may change any of these fields as necessary.

 

You can use the membership services by selecting Membership from the Method of Payment list for camps, lessons, leagues, rentals or tokens received (on the Packages / Tokens tab of the customer form).
