Coaches / Clients:

 

Use this screen to maintain information about coaches and other business clients.  Typically these are teams or businesses that rent all or part of the facility. 

 

You will note that in addition to the demographic data a spreadsheet displays all of the rentals for a coach or client.  You can edit any particular rental by double clicking on the appropriate line. 

 

You can lookup coaches by entering the name in the drop down box at the bottom of the screen.
