Camp or League Scheduling:

These two functions are identical so they are both covered here in one section.

 

 

The index grid at the top of the screen lists all the leagues or camps. 

·        To edit any individual camp or league select the appropriate line in the grid by clicking on the grey box next to the Camp or League description. 

·        You can sort the list of camps by clicking on the column heading you want to sort by.

 

After the appropriate line is selected you can now add enrollees using the first folder labeled “Enrolled”.  All enrollees must have an existing customer record.  If this is a new customer you must first add the customer. 

·        Use the row marked with an asterisk to add new enrollees to the camp / league. 

·        You can sort the list of enrollees by clicking on the column heading you want to sort by.

 

 


The operations manager should add the sessions when initially planning the camp or league.  To enter these sessions click on the second folder tab labeled “Sessions”.  You will be presented the following screen:
